Properties

The Properties panel in SmarterSign allows you to control and configure various settings for the individual items in your designs. You will see this panel on the right hand side of the editor window when you are actively editing a PROGRAM

Layer Controls

These controls allow you to view and organize your layers in your design. The order of items from the top of the list to the bottom of the list represent most forward to most backward on your design. You can use the ARRANGE buttons to move items forward or backward.

Item Properties

These controls allow you to view and edit the location, size, rotation and opacity of the selected item. You can manually change these numbers to precisely set the values for each item.

Alignment Tools below allow you to align multiple items to each other in a variety of ways. These buttons will be avialble to you when you have selected multiple items by clicking shift/select or by dragging a selection box on your design.

Item Styles

These controls allow you to set styles for how your item appears. Each control gives you the ability to set the strengths and parameters of the styles. To enable any of the styles you click the check box next to the style name. This will make the controls active.
