Text Tools

Adding text to your design and making it look beautiful is easy to accomplish with a rich set of tools for styling text.

Adding TEXT to your design

There are a number of options when adding text to your designs. To access the text options click on the TEXT tab on the left hand side when actively editing a PROGRAM.

Each of these options will provide you with a unique starting point for your text. You can always resize and customize your text to your need. If you see a text option with a green animations icon Animation Icon next to it, this means the text option has one of our animations already applied. To find out more about this see ANIMATIONS

Text Style Options

Whenever you are editing text you will see a set of text tools at the bottom of your window. Text Tools To style text you will select the text you want to change and use the tools below:

  • LINE HEIGHT: This will change the line height in increments of .05
  • LETTER SPACING: This will change the horizontal spacing between your letters in the selected text
  • HORIZONTAL Alignment: Change your alignment to Left, Center, Right or Justified
  • VERTICAL Alignment: Align your text Top, Center, or Bottom
  • TYPEFACE: This drop-down list will allow you to change the typeface of your selected text

You can control the fonts in this list on the ADMINISTRATION tab under the category of FONT MANAGEMENT

  • TEXT SIZE: Use this to change the size of your text
  • STANDARD TEXT STYLES: A standard set of tools allow you to set you text, to Bold, Italics, Underline, Strikethrough, Subscript, Superscript, or Bulleted List
  • COLOR: Change the color of your text with either the swatches, use your own HEX number or use the, Advanced Color Palette Color Selector
