Installing SmarterSign Player on Android

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the SmarterSign Player based on the Android operating system.

  1. Connect the player to your screen using the supplied HDMI cable.
  2. Attach the Wifi antenna to the player
  3. If the player will be using an ethernet connection, connect the network cable.
  4. Plug in the supplied power cable to an outlet and connect to the player
  5. Using the supplied remote control, follow the on screen prompts to finish the setup (make sure you are pointing your remote directly at the SmarterSign Player device as it can be sensitive)

After installing the software you should see a screen with a pairing code. Follow the instructions on PAIRING A PLAYER to connect this new install to your SmarterSign account.
