Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of security for your SmarterSign account by requiring a second form of verification beyond your password.

Setting Up MFA
- Log in to your SmarterSign Manager account
- Go to the ADMINISTRATION screen using the top navigation
- At the bottom of the MY PROFILE section you will find a section called MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
- Click CONFIGURE button
to enable MFA
- Enter the mobile telephone number that you would like to use for authentication
- You will be sent a Verification Code to the number you have entered. Enter this number and click the VERIFY button
- You have now set up MFA for your account. Each subsequent log in will ask you to verify a code sent to your mobile number
Disabling MFA
