Multi-Account Login
If you manage multiple SmarterSign accounts, you can access them all with a single login instead of signing in and out repeatedly.
Understanding Multi-Account Access
The Multi-Account feature allows:
- Access to multiple SmarterSign accounts with a single email address
- Separate permissions and roles across different accounts
- Consolidated notifications from all accounts
To use Multi-Account Login:
- Your email address must be associated with multiple SmarterSign accounts
- Each account association must be confirmed by the account administrator
- You must have a valid credential (password or SSO) for authentication
Using Multi-Account Log In
Follow the steps below to log in with Multi-Account Log In:
- Enter your email address associated with your account
- Click the NEXT button
- Enter your password
- Click the LOG IN button
- Now you should be presented with a list of the accounts you have access to
- You may notice that you have accounts you have been invited to access below the SUBMIT button. If this is the case you will need to click the check button
to add this to your list of accounts
- After selecting the account you wish to access, click on the SUBMIT button
To find out which account you are currently using you can click on the hambuger menu in the upper right hand corner
Security Considerations
Here are some important security considerations when using multi-account access:
- Always log out completely when using shared computers
- Consider using multi-factor authentication for additional security
- Regularly review which accounts are linked to your email
- Report any unauthorized account associations immediately
