Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password for your SmarterSign account, you can easily reset it using the password recovery process.

  1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a verification code
    Note: If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder
  4. Enter the verification code in the password reset form
  5. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  6. Click the SUBMIT button and you will be logged in to your account with the new password

Password Requrements

  • Password must be at least 8 characters long
  • Password must contain at least one uppercase letter
  • Password must contain at least one lowercase letter
  • Password must contain at least one number
  • Passwords must match
