Billing Information
If you are the billing contact for one or more accounts in the SmarterSign system you will be able to manage your billing profile from this section. There are two primary actions you can take in the billing administration; Add/Edit Payment Methods and View Invoices. You will also be able to see if there is any outstanding balance on your account.
ADD/EDIT Payment Methods
Here you will see any existing payment methods you have and the details of the payment method. You can also set an item to be your default payment method here.
To add a new payment method you will click the "Add payment method " button and enter the requested information into the form. Once completed you can set this new payment method as your default (if you have multiple payment methods)
View Transaction History
The table on this screen will show you a history of all invoices that you have paid under this billing profile. To view the details of any invoice you can click the item in the table. From here you can also download a PDF of the invoice.
Pro Tip: If you have multiple billing profiles associated with your email address you will see a drop-down menu to switch between billing profiles.
