Updating Your Password

If you need to change your password, you can do this directly in SmarterSign.

Click on the “MY ACCOUNT” tab. From here, you can add new users, manage user groups and permissions and assign users to user groups. If your account is set for playback reporting, you will also be able to access playback reports from this tab.
